As the Managing Director of Owenstef Academy, I have fused my two greatest passions: transformative education and strategic financial leadership. With over 15 years of experience as a business and educational consultant, We founded this academy on the principle that true educational excellence is built on a foundation of innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. My unique journey—spanning education, auditing, accounting, finance, and data analysis—provides a distinct advantage. It ensures our inspiring academic vision is powered by a robust, data-driven strategy. With a unique background that bridges the analytical rigor of accountancy with the nurturing heart of early childhood education, Mrs. Enuma Florence is the foundational force behind the early years program and operational excellence at Owenstef Academy.
A graduate of Accountancy and a seasoned early years specialist, she possesses a rare dual perspective. She understands that a child's first educational experiences must be filled with warmth, creativity, and discovery, while also recognizing that a successful learning environment requires impeccable organization, financial prudence, and seamless operations.
Her entrepreneurial spirit drives her to continuously innovate and improve, ensuring the academy's youngest learners receive an unparalleled start to their educational journey. She expertly oversees:

Miss Nweke Josephine Chioma
My name is Miss Nweke Josephine Chioma, an experienced and dedicated teacher with a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) qualification. Over the years, I have gained extensive classroom teaching experience across different levels, where I have successfully guided and nurtured pupils to academic and personal growth. I possess strong leadership skills, having served in various capacities that required coordination, supervision, and mentoring of both learners and colleagues. In addition, I have attended several educational seminars and professional development workshops, which have broadened my knowledge, strengthened my teaching methodologies, and enhanced my capacity to deliver quality education. I am passionate about impacting young learners, fostering creativity, and building a supportive learning environment that brings out the best in every child. My teaching career continues to be shaped by a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and leadership in the field of education.
Miss Yakubu Hawwa Ikpemosi is a trained, passionate, and dedicated educator with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Education from the University of Abuja. A native of Edo State, she brings her vibrant energy and a deep commitment to inspiring young minds to her classroom at Owenstef Academy.
Her teaching philosophy is centred on empowering students to reach their full potential by making learning fun, interactive, and meaningful. She is skilled at fostering an inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Miss Yakubu believes in the importance of recognizing and celebrating every student's achievements, both big and small, to build confidence and a lifelong love of learning.

Mrs. Daramola specializes in fostering strong moral foundations, promoting exceptional sound development, and cultivating expert handwriting skills in young learners.
